Walter Integrates Valenite Brand
Cutting tool manufacturer Walter North America is working to integrate Valenite into its corporate structure as a competency brand alongside Titex and Prototyp. All units of Valenite (Madison Heights, Michigan) are expected to be moved into Walter’s Waukesha, Wisconsin headquarters by January 1, 2010, with the exception of manufacturing, which will be fully integrated by mid-year.
