Phil is an experienced manufacturing engineering supervisor with a demonstrated history of working in the machinery industry. Skilled in computer numerical control (CNC), SolidWorks, TIG/MIG Welding, Machine tool Manufacturing and Lean Principles.

Phil joined Hamilton as the director of manufacturing in 2018 tasked with eliminating the backlog of machining in the Reno plant.
