OSG Announces Leadership Changes
Jeff Tennant has been promoted to the position of CEO, and Donna Gialo to the position of VP of marketing and operations.

OSG USA Inc. has announced the promotion of Jeff Tennant to the position of CEO. Tennant will officially serve as both president and CEO of OSG USA Inc., as well as CEO for the OSG North America Group, which includes OSG Canada, OSG Royco and Amamco.
In addition to his new responsibilities, Tennant will continue to serve as a member of the board of directors and as an executive officer of OSG Corp., representing the OSG North American Group.
Tennant has held a variety of key positions; the company says he demonstrates unwavering dedication and a deep understanding of its goals. He will be tasked with continuing to provide strategic leadership, driving growth and reinforcing OSG’s mission and values.
Additionally, the company has announced the promotion of Donna Gialo to the position of VP of marketing and operations. Gialo first joined OSG in 1998 as a marketing coordinator and advanced to leadership roles in human resources and finance. In 2017, she was promoted to director of marketing, where she is said to have been instrumental in transforming the company’s marketing operations with data-driven insights, process optimization and digital strategies. This led to the expansion of OSG’s social media presence, integrated digital solutions and e-commerce business initiatives.
