View MoreThe rigid construction of Mitutoyo America’s Roundtest RA-H5200 roundness/cylindricity measurement system enables high accuracy with functional flexibility. The machine’s base is designed for geometric accuracy by minimizing deformations caused by normal machine operation. Its turntable also is manufactured for high rigidity and rides on high-precision air bearings, which results in rotational accuracy of (0.02+3.5H/10,000)µm. It is equipped with an automatic adjustment table for high speed, fully-automatic workpiece centering/leveling, designed to reduce positioning errors.
The machine can be equipped with an optional roughness unit that uses a multi-sensor probe to operate in both roundness measuring and surface roughness modes.
