Machine Monitoring Boosts Uptime

MachineMetrics will present its machine monitoring and manufacturing analytics software.

MachineMetrics will present its machine monitoring and manufacturing analytics software. The software automatically collects data from machines and uses it to provide real-time visualizations and notifications.

The software features real-time dashboards with color coding that provide immediate data to shopfloor employees. Detailed information can be displayed on tablets next to each machine and enables operators to scrap parts or categorize downtime. Downtime can then be displayed on Pareto charts so significant problems can be addressed.

The software uses historical analytics to enable manufacturers to make informed decisions. The system is a secure cloud application, accessible from anywhere and requiring no servers.
