View MoreThe L.S. Starrett Company has introduced the 765A Electronic Snap Gage with new, upgraded electronics and a black, wrinkled finish.
The economical, pocket-sized gage features a digital readout which can be viewed on a large LCD display, and is said to be ideal for machinists, quality control personnel and others who need to quickly measure the size of materials up to 0.5" (12.7 mm) thick. The portable snap gage is balanced and compact for comfortable handling and features an inch-millimeter conversion capability.
The 765A Electronic Snap Gage offers linear accuracy of ±0.001" (±0.02 mm), and a resolution of 0.0005" (0.01 mm). Control buttons are simple to use and the gage features a lightweight aluminum frame. Users can zero at any position, and the manual ON/OFF also has an AUTO-OFF capability. The gage runs on a long-life, three-volt CR2032 battery.
