Knuth offers a line of premium waterjet cutting systems available in three, four, five and six axes for improved control, flexibility and precision. The waterjets are offered in both flying-bridge and gantry-style configuration in a range of sizes including 4 × 4, 5 × 10, 6 × 12, and 10 × 20 ft. Optional features include multiple cutting heads, sludge removal systems, water filtration systems, dual-table/dual-bridge designs and a variety of pump options from KMT Waterjet Systems.
 
The flying-bridge design features an independent, steel tank design with an 8-mm bottom; a ballscrew transmission system with linear guideways and auto lubrication; and accuracy of 0.003". The gantry-style waterjets feature an independent frame and tank design; a 20" I-beam construction with 10 mm bottom; a ballscrew or rack-and-pinion drive; and accuracy of 0.001".
 

The waterjets are designed to cut virtually any material with clean-cut edges and no heat-affected zone. Applications range from aerospace to construction.
