Featuring Jet Edge’s Permalign Edge cutting technology, the Mid Rail gantry is capable of cutting precise zero-taper parts and bevels ranging to 55 degrees in harsh industrial environments. The system’s design separates the motion system from the catcher tank to reduce vibration and ensure part quality. The Mid Rail gantry is ballscrew-driven to optimize precision, and it features direct-couple AC brushless digital servomotors and single or double carriages. Critical bearing components are protected with heavy metal covers with brush seals and positive air pressure. The waterjet machine is available in sizes ranging from 5 × 5 ft. to 24 × 13 ft. The gantry supports multiple cutting heads and utilizes an industrial PC controller. Optional mirroring capabilities are available.

Also on display is the Eco-Jet direct drive waterjet pump, which is designed to reduce electricity consumption. The 30-hp (22-kW) pump produces up to1 gpm (3.78 L/min.) of 55-KSI (3,800-bar), ultra-high pressure (UHP) water for precision cutting, cleaning and surface preparation applications. It runs a 0.015" (0.38-mm) waterjet orifice and can power a variety of waterjet cutting systems and waterjet tools.

Another product, the X-Stream xP90-100 waterjet intensifier pump, is said to increase cutting speeds and pressures while lowering operating costs. The 100-hp (75-kW) pump is capable of producing 90 KSI (6,200 bar) and supports 75-KSI (5,200 bar) continuous operating pressure. It is capable of producing flow rates of 1.45 gpm (5.49 L/min.) and supports an orifice as large as 0.017" (0.43 mm). Fittings and tubing are rated for 100 KSI (6,900 bar). The pump is also available in a 50-hp (37-Kw) model.
