Turnkey Service for Precision Part Production
The company provides a turnkey service that facilitates production of precision parts suitable to run on cam-type Swiss automatics. Personnel work in-house to cover requirements for the entire process, from initial cycle time estimates to the final machine acceptance run. Customers have reported ROI of 6 months because of the low package price, the company says.
Operating a dedicated cam automatic requires a similar skill level as operating a CNC machine. The company says it includes operator training in the package at no cost. After sale service and parts are available even for machines that are no longer supported by the OEM.
The company is available to jointly solve design, production, quality, training, service and repair problems. The large stock of machines, attachments and tooling allows them to meet the needs of our customers with little or no delay.
