Techman Robot has announced the launch of its TM AI Cobot TM25S, a 25-kg payload cobot that joins the TM AI Cobot S Series, designed for a wide range of industrial applications. With a reach of over 190 cm, the TM25S offers flexibility and adaptability in various working environments.

The TM AI Cobot S Series features a built-in vision system and AI technology, which enables the cobot to perform tasks with precision and efficiency. From machine tool material push stack operations to assembly tasks in the automobile industry, a TM AI Cobot S Series is said to provide seamless integration with existing processes and increased productivity.

The TM AI Cobot S Series features enhanced motor speeds that can reportedly increase cycle time by 25%. Compared to older products, these cobots achieve a 70% improvement in repeatability in certain models, with precision reaching 0.03 mm, according to the company.

The TM AI Cobot S Series features a control box that has been upgraded to an IP54 rating for increased protection against dust and water. It has also passed international safety certifications, including ISO 13849-1 and ISO 10218-1, along with regional safety certifications.
