The company offers collets in steel- and carbide-lined versions with grooved, smooth, serrated bores in standard and long-nose types. Tecnicrafts produces special collets such as V-line, U-line and over-grip collets, which are designed for positive gripping of delicate parts without marks.
Ultra Precision (XP) W-type collets are available for tool grinding applications on machines like Rollomatic, Anca, Ewag and others. Other collets offered include 5C and 16C types.
The company offers guide bushings with a carbide lining and a super-finish bore said to have a roughness value of less than 0.4 micron. Special guide bushings include U-line, extended nose and long carbide bores for special turning applications. Bar feeder collets are also available.
All collets and guide bushings are offered in standard and ultra-precision grades. Round, square, hexagon, rectangular and custom profiles are available.
