CNC Indexing & Feeding Technologies says its GSI CNC-201R rotary indexing table is designed for companies that want to add fourth-axis productivity at minimal cost. According to the company, the table provides high clamping torque and indexing accuracy.

Measuring 7.87" in diameter, the table can accommodate workpieces as heavy as 440 lbs. Also, the table features a 1.37" through-hole diameter and center height of 5.31". A high-precision bronze/nickel worm wheel combined with a case-hardened steel worm screw is said to ensure long-term accuracy. In addition, a powerful, multiple-point pneumatic brake system delivers clamping torque and ensures smooth machining without deflection under heavy loads, the company says.
