Robot Programming Tool Reduces Calibration Issues
TM Robotics introduces TSAssist software, a programming tool.
TM Robotics introduces TSAssist software, a programming tool. The software assists with all phases of automation, including planning, design and improvement.
This software package reduces potential calibration issues that result from using multiple software platforms. Interference checking, cycle time measurement and 3D CAD manipulation features can improve accuracy and provide estimations of robot and automation processes. The interface is designed to be intuitive and customizable. The 3D editor mode enables users to input positioning data without position calculations by dragging the mouse, saving time. User can save 3D simulations to video files and archive them to folders. The software also eases calibration between the robot and vision systems to automate bulk picking.
The software is compatible with any of the company's SCARA, Cartesian and six-axis robots.
