Made from hardened stainless steel, the vises enhance clamping accuracy and repeatability for grinding, EDM and measuring operations. According to the company, the vises guarantee centering accuracy of less than 0.0002" (0.005 mm) and clamping repeatability of less than 0.0004" (0.01 mm).
The Dero HRK vises are an additional line of centering vises distributed by the company. Made from hardened carbon steel, the vises are developed for use on multi-axis machining centers and have reversible jaws for an extended range of clamping. They are suitable for precise individual parts clamping and for clamping on palletizing systems.
