Control Micro Systems’turnkey laser systems can mark, cut and strip wire or cable in one operation. Multiple-gage wire/cable can be marked, stripped and cut in a fully automatic, high-speed, computer-controlled operation. These systems are said to provide permanent, high-contrast surface marks on virtually all insulations specified in SAE aerospace standards.

These systems are said to provide permanent, high-contrast surface marks on virtually all insulations specified in SAE aerospace standards. Marking can be achieved without masks and with virtually any character, font or symbol. Stripping is accomplished with zero defects or damage to the wire core, the company says.
