Makino’s new versions of the a51nx and a61nx horizontal machining centers are designed to provide expanded machining capability through vision broken tool detection, enhanced levels of inertia active control and Geometric Intelligence technologies. The company will also feature its high-speed a71nx, a 50-taper, 500-mm HMC with a standard direct-drive NC rotary table and other nx-Series technologies.
Also on display will be the L2 vertical machining center for high-volume, small-part production, and the DA300 five-axis VMC.
