FANUC's 0i-Model F CNC System Enables Program Simulation
Westec 2019: FANUC’s 0i-Model F CNC system and a servomotor cart controlling motion and movement comprise a FANUC CNC training simulator.
FANUC’s 0i-Model F CNC and a servomotor cart controlling motion and movement comprise a FANUC CNC training simulator. These simulators can be customized to match users’ existing systems so that machine operators, programmers, and maintenance/engineering personnel can learn new skills, test new approaches and troubleshoot existing programs without taking a machine out of production. The Beta-i Servo Simulator provides three-axis motion simulation, enabling manufacturing engineers and maintenance personnel to visualize servo movement produced by their part programs. The simulator may also be used for learning servo parameter setup and enhancing servo motor tuning skills.
