Techni Waterjet has developed its i713-G2 Dual Station waterjet cutting machine to suit high-production applications. The machine has a cutting capacity of two 7 × 13-ft. tanks for a total cutting area of 14 × 26 ft. The PAC 60 five-axis cutting head performs bevel cutting with ±60-degree continuous rotation and taper elimination. The machine enables continuous operation, since one tank can be loaded/unloaded while the other tank is cutting. In addition, one operator can control the entire system with features including the Tech-Sense Abrasive Monitoring System.

The i713-G2 waterjet is equipped with water raise and lower capability for submerged cutting as well as the Quantum NXT 66 Dual pump. The combination of underwater cutting and the less-than-68-dB pump promotes clean and quiet waterjet operation.
