Coolant Reduces Downtime, Increases Savings
IMTS 2018: The 5080 coolant from Hangsterfer’s Laboratories Inc. is free of formaldehyde, boron and secondary amines.
The 5080 coolant from Hangsterfer’s Laboratories Inc. is free of formaldehyde, boron and secondary amines. Its bio-renewable formulation makes it Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH)-compliant and free of hazardous pictograms.
The coolant is designed to reduce foam, residue and staining. According to the company, it lasts longer in the sump, leading to greater efficiency and cost savings over time.
The coolant is a chlorine-free, vegetable-based semi-synthetic suited for aluminum, composite, nickel, stainless steel, titanium and molybdenum applications. For this reason, it is applicable in the medical and aerospace industries.
The coolant leads to reduced downtime by lessening rust, residue and machine cleaning.
