Hennig Inc. Acquires Industrial Coolant Systems
ICS develops and field tests high-pressure coolant systems, coolant filtration systems and other machine tool solutions.
Hennig Inc. has announced the acquisition of Industrial Coolant Systems (ICS). This acquisition aligns with Hennig’s strategy to grow its present offerings of comprehensive chip and coolant management solutions to meet the growing demands of the machine tool industry.
