View MoreATI Stellram offers a range of Garryson Ceramiq abrasive discs engineered for aggressive metal removal and finishing. The discs are said to be well-suited for removing weld spatter, cleaning joints, grinding profiles and finishing contoured surfaces. They can be used with high-performance materials such as high-nickel alloys, steels, stainless steel and titanium. According to the company, the discs remove material quickly, helping to reduce operator fatigue and exposure to vibration.
A flap disc for grinding and finishing is available in 4", 4-1/2", 5" and 7" sizes, while the flap wheel for stock removal and finishing is available in 1", 2" and 3" sizes. A quick-change Minidisc for material removal and blending in applications with limited accessibility is offered in 2" and 3" sizes. Two varieties of Flexidiscs for blending and finishing on concave or convex surfaces are available: the larger Flexidisc is offered in 4-1/2" and 5" sizes, while the Mini Flexidiscs are available in 2" and 3" sizes.
