All World Machinery Coolant System Supports Deep-Hole Drilling
IMTS 2024: All World Machinery Supply introduces the self-cleaning SpindleShot high-pressure coolant system, with deep-hole drilling and assorted precision capabilities.
All World Machinery Supply showcases its SpindleShot high-pressure coolant system. Designed for deep-hole drilling and other precision applications, the SpindleShot high-pressure coolant system is said to feature cost-effective chip control.
SpindleShot is equipped with customizable features that can enable precise machining operation and tooling protection. Its automatic self-cleaning filter system reduces maintenance time and costs, according to the company.
The system is said to remove chips to enhance tool longevity and part accuracy by providing operators with flexible control. SpindleShot can ensure consistent precision parts production by delivering up to 1,000 psi of pressure directly to the tool.
SpindleShot also features cyclonic filtration technology, which can eliminate the need for traditional bag filters. This centrifugal filter system is designed to be clog-free, enabling a steady flow rate and working to minimize maintenance requirements.
In addition to its primary features, SpindleShot offers optional accessories for applications requiring tight tolerances, including three Daikin chiller options and the Royal Filtermist units designed to collect coolant mist during machining. The system also includes multiple connectivity options for integration into existing machine tools.
