FANUC America Appoints President and CEO
Mike Cicco will be responsible for all of the company’s operations in North and South America.
FANUC America Corp. (Rochester Hills, Michigan) announced that Mike Cicco has been named the company’s president and CEO. In addition, Rick Schneider has been named chairman of FANUC America and will continue in his role as a board member of its parent company, FANUC Corp.
Mr. Cicco joined the company in 1999 and has held a variety of management positions over the years, including software/controls manager and district sales manager at the company’s southern California facility. In 2005, Mr. Cicco took on the role of national account manager of the company’s Authorized System Integrator sales group. Later, he was named general manager of several robot division groups. In 2015, Mr. Cicco was promoted to vice president of FANUC’s North and South American sales and execution department. Earlier this year he was named president and COO. As president and CEO, he will have responsibility for all of the company’s operations in North and South America.
