Leaders-In background

Licon will present its i3 technology, which enables correction of spindles working independently of each other. The technology provides basic configuration independence in the Z axis and enables independence in all three linear axes.

In addition, the company will show its Licon Added Value Analysis (LAVA) interface and its Liflex machining centers. The LAVA interface gives read outs and evaluations of force, vibration and temperature to help prevent downtime, and provides daily reports so users can set up preventative maintenance, optimize processes and maximize output. The Liflex machining centers are designed for minimum quantity lubrication and can save customers money on power, tools and investment, according to the company.
