ProShop ERP was designed as a custom product to meet the needs of its founders and has grown to be a powerful platform that runs both front office and production floor activities from one tool.

This year at IMTS, ProShop is featuring customer-led demos in the company’s booth. As in 2022, the team sent out a request to get customers to lead demonstrations of the software, and answer specific questions from prospective new customers. This Customer Ambassador Program includes clients from across different industries and end markets, with something to offer everyone. Visitors can coordinate their visits to the booth based on the specific end markets they service. And they can count on the advocates to be open and honest in their perspective.

ProShop maintains a user forum where hundreds of clients help each other navigate through the software and share problems and solutions, tips and tricks, with customer support reps monitoring and jumping in with solutions when needed. This helps even the most timid users get more comfortable with the robust and comprehensive software.

New updates to the software are being highlighted, including ProShop SAFE (Secure File Access Ecosystem), the file management system that helps clients stay in compliance with requirements such as CMMC. Files can be classified and shared at an individual file level; and users can assign group permissions, allowing very granular and secure file management. ProShop also offers compliance and quality modules to help shops stay on top of their businesses, and monitor and track all company data, securely and in real time through one platform.
