Cutting Fluid Optimized for Medical Manufacturing
Master Fluid Solutions launches a product tailored to the unique and complex needs of medical manufacturing.
Master Fluid Solutions releases TRIM MicroSol 642RX, which is specifically formulated for medical devices, prosthetic devices, endoscopy and surgical tool manufacturers. It is designed to be low-foaming with high lubricity and a long sump life.
The company notes that stringent requirements for medical industry manufacturers can impact the type of cutting fluids they’re able to use during production. TRIM MicroSol 642RX is specifically engineered for the industry.
This metalworking fluid is formulated in compliance with the medical industry’s environmental, health and safety requirements. Free of animal derivatives, MicroSol 642RX is compatible with stainless steels, titanium and other metals typically used in healthcare. It is said to maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout operations.
