The device is modular in nature, and can be used as a dedicated fixture plate or dedicated setup station. The device enables nuts, studs or bolts to be placed anywhere they are needed on the machine table, the company says.
Unlike other modular fixturing kits, built-in mounting tabs enable the system to be mounted onto most existing mill tables without mounting plates, locating keys or other mounting peripherals, the company says. To use, users can mount the device on their existing mill table. The system is equipped with mounting tabs, or keys, located on the bottom. Four sizes are available to fit a range of mill tables.
