View MoreSodick says that its SLN-G series of wire EDMs is designed with the operator in mind with a user-friendly control. The control can be used in classic mode or switched to tablet mode enabling operators to manipulate the control in the way that is most comfortable to them. The high-performance, rigid linear-motor-driven EDMs include smart pulse wire (SPW) control and a smart Pulse Generator. Two models are available. The SLN400G offers X-, Y- and Z-axis travels measuring 15.75" × 11.81" × 9.84" (400 × 300 × 250 mm), and the SLN600G offers X-, Y- and Z-axis travels of 23.62" × 15.75" × 13.78" (600 × 400 × 350 mm).
