Rosler’s R series rotary vibratory bowls are automation-friendly machines offering usable volumes from 1.8 to 30 cu. ft. They are designed to process a range of components, from small, delicate parts to large marble slabs. R series vibratory bowls can be integrated into existing systems and automated with peripheral equipment to save time and improve efficiency, Rosler says.
The vibratory bowls are designed for increased durability and maximum output. They include an industrial grade double-flanged, high-energy vibratory motor with adjustable balance weights and optional frequency converter that enables flexibility in the part processing and the ability to adjust the level of aggressiveness. Parts and media can be separated via the unloading gate.
