Vektek’s Zero-Point Systems are designed to optimize fixturing and workpiece changeovers while reducing setup times. Vektek Zero-Point Systems provide repeatability, a consistent interface for all machines and reliable positioning and clamping in a single step.
Zero Point clamping systems feature hydraulic and pneumatic modules tp optimize fixture and workpiece changeover with auto blow off. Zero-Point clamping systems also feature automation solutions that offer direct monitoring of module piston location as well as auto blow-off. The clamping systems feature a Central Lock with Pneumatic cleaning function to support surfaces.
