Mate Precision tooling is displaying a variety of products including Ultra QCT quick-change tooling, SuperMax tool coating, CleanBend press brake tooling and optics for fiber lasers. Mate’s Ultra QCT tooling is said to be simple and intuitive to set up, and is fully compatible with the company’s Ultra family of guides and standard canisters. The punch is keyed at the perimeter of the tool rather than the center, providing improved angularity control. The shoulder of the punch remains securely guided when punching. Additionally, only one punch driver is needed for rounds or shapes.
Made from M4PM tool steel, Ultra QCT is designed to be durable and long-lasting. The tooling is coated with SuperMax, Mate’s next-generation coating, to minimize wear and preserve fit.
