Exair’s Chip Vac uses compressed air to create direction flow action, effectively removing chips and scrap material from the fixtures, floors and work surfaces of machining centers, lathes, saws, mills and other industrial equipment. According to the company, the vacuum has no motors that can clog or wear out, ensuring long life with little maintenance.

The system features a flexible vacuum hose, a filter bag, tools and a drum lid with a locking ring that fits to an open-top drum. Deluxe systems are available in 5-, 30-, 55- and 110-gallon sizes and are equipped with a drum dolly and toolholder for larger sizes. Premium systems include a 30-, 55- or 110-gallon drum and an upgrade to static-resistant hose and heavy-duty aluminum tools.
