Sescoi’s WorkNC G3 automatic CAD/CAM software features an integrated graphical interface, which combines geometry, analysis, machining and verification into a single environment. Algorithms provide fluid tool paths in Z-level finishing and flat surface machining, including helicoidal transitions between levels, optimizing their performance for high speed machining.
Four-axis cutter paths dedicated to blade machining are included in the software, which considers the kinematics of the machine tool to produce finished parts quickly. The interface extends to five-axis methodology, which conforms to the format of three-axis tool paths, making the most complex five-axis tool paths easy to create with an emphasis on speed and smoothness, the company says.
