Version 8.3 of IMS Software's IMSpost and IMSverify NC postprocessing and verification software provides improved features. IMSpost comes with user interface improvements, including a quick-access toolbar for frequently-used commands; a customizable interactive debugger layout; support for spline-axis machines, such as aerospace track drillers; and updated macro language commands and explicit variable typing. IMSverify comes with user interface improvements; a customizable simulation view; improved tool management, including support for additional tool types and complex tool assemblies; and improved support for the STEP data exchange format for use with machine components and machine assemblies.
