View MoreUltrasonic’s Ultra 3200FA is a full-featured ultrasonic cleaner with a 55-gallon main tank and horizontal transducers for effective cleaning action without solvents. This 220-V cleaner features an agitation table, dual filtration, a 10-gallon weir tank, sparge bar, and an insulated tank and lid. The V-bottom design enables easy cleaning between batches. Side-mounted transducers eliminate “dead spots” so that cleaning action is consistent from top to bottom. With 5,040 W of ultrasonic power, dual 2,000-W heaters and basket capacity of 27" × 18.5" × 5", the Ultra 3200FA is able to quickly clean such parts as rubber and plastic products, bearings, bolts, transmission components, pre-assembly engine parts, plastic injection molds and more, the company says.
The machine operates from 220 V power and draws 30 A. Digital touch controls ease operation, with automatic ultrasonic, agitation and filtration cycles. A 7-day heat and auxiliary timer enables programming to suit production requirements. The 300-lb agitation table capacity is sufficient for large parts or multiple batches of smaller components. An optional dual-basket configuration is available, accommodating smaller baskets (18.5" × 13.25" × 5") to be processed simultaneously side by side. Additional models are available with varying capacities, ultrasonic power, electrical requirements and features.
