The toolholders carry coolant through the feature and can be applied for IDs greater than 2 mm. Lengths of ID plunge carbide inserts can be adjusted in the Z axis through a set screw, providing rigidity and functionality during setup and tool change-over. The repeatability of the system is less than 0.02 mm.
