View MoreSolidCAM demonstrates its advanced, multi-channel mill-turn and Swiss machining software. SolidCAM software offers seamless integration and full associativity to SolidWorks, Solid Edge and Inventor.
SolidCAM is designed to provide fast, efficient tool paths. The company demonstrates live CNC cutting on Sim5X and Swiss CNCs. SolidCAM says its iMachining 2D & 3D technology can provide 70% or more cycle time savings, increasing tool life five times and more, and automatically calculating optimal feeds and speeds for every point on the tool path, taking into account the stock material and cutting tool properties and CNC machine parameters.
SolidCAM provides programming ease of use, flexibility and configurability for complex multi-turret and multi-spindle mill-turn and Swiss CNC machines. Machine Control Operation (MCO) enables the user to insert CNC control operations while manufacturing a part. In a mill-turn or Swiss part, using iMachining 2D & 3D can save programming and cycle time. SolidCAM also provides multi-channel synchronization and full machine simulation.
SolidCAM supports all major CNC brands in the market, both in multi-channel mill-turn and Swiss CNCs, enabling users to leverage the full capabilities of their CNC machines, regardless of the brand.
