The Weld Sequencer system from Lincoln Electric enables welders to pictorially view and automatically log results on each weld in the operational sequence. According to the company, the control system provides a simplified view of the process to help improve productivity and quality. Welding power source parameters such as voltage, wire feed speed and more are automatically set for each discrete weld, helping to ensure that the operator performs optimal welds on the part, the company says. Automatic settings for each weld also help to reduce setup time. The system also includes the ability to monitor control issues such as badge scanning confirmation, correct consumable confirmation and other functions.
