Ikegai Corporation’s TU30 CNC lathe with slant-bed features a rigid, four-way bed and a 6" (150-mm) diameter main spindle. The stepless spindle speed changes in low-speed range and high-speed range (between 6 and 2,500 rpm). The 45-degree slant-bed facilitates efficient chip disposal, and doors open from both sides to ensure easy operability, the company says.
