The Hydromat Epic II rotary transfer machine is the new variation of the Epic R/T platform, which boasts enhanced operations, production reporting, downtime analysis, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance interval scheduling.
These features, among others, yield improved part setups, fast change-overs, process-tooling development and integrated tool monitoring. An upgraded servo control features absolute positioning, upgraded programming software, and an efficient architecture that reduces failure points. EPIC II machines possess the general characteristics of their predecessors, maintaining their integrity, reliability and flexibility, the company says.
