Rotary Tables Accommodate Large Workpieces
Fibro’s Fibromax NC heavy-duty rotary table features large roller bearings that enable high accuracy, even with large workpieces.
Fibro’s Fibromax NC heavy-duty rotary table features large roller bearings that enable high accuracy, even with large workpieces. The table offers a positioning accuracy of ±2 angle seconds for transport loads of more than 400 tons.
Unlike hydrostatic bearings, the top of the table is not lifted and heat is not lost, enabling workpieces to be processed in a precise and energy-efficient manner, without a cooling unit. The roller bearings take up both radial and axial forces, and, together with a play-free twin drive, make the rotary tables suited for circular milling and simultaneous machining.
