Techniks' TE ER collet chucks are suited for CAT40, CAT50 and BT40 collets. The holders are balanced to 25,000 rpm at G2.5 and feature 0.0001" runout from taper to collet pocket. Their high rigidity makes them suited for high speed and high-torque machining applications. Compared to common collet chucks, they are shorter from the face of the collet nut to the spindle, the company says.
