The company says its SMD replaceable carbide tip drill is a versatile and cost-effective drilling system.
Features include a hardened steel drill body that accepts multiple drill size heads and a carbide replaceable drill head that can be reground. The drill heads consist of carbide and the company's ZX coating. The ZX coating has 2,000 layers for wear resistance.
Additionally, ground serrations on the back of the drill head allow for precise, two-screw assembly and hole accuracy. It is available in metric and inch diameters ranging from 0.5469" to 0.8906".
