Utilizing custom grinding equipment, Punch Industry USA is capable of making round steel and carbide components with diameters as small as 0.0001"-0.04") depending upon the length and shape of the pin or punch. In addition to rounds, Punch Industry USA can process square, triangular or unusual shapes. Whether steel or carbide, a mirror-finish can be achieved on ground pins without polishing, according to the company.
