View MoreProductive Robotics Inc has released Productive Analytics to provide real-time status monitoring for its OB7 cobots. With access to the operating status of all cobots and their entire production history, users are able to optimize production, identify errors, minimize downtime and remotely monitor robot activity. The software automatically delivers scheduled reports via email in PDF and CSV files for importing into production data systems. Users can transmit production data via wired network, Wi-Fi or private cellular connection. The process leaves no network ports open on OB7 cobots, assuring safety from hacking or malware.
Productive Analytics is complimentarily available for all OB7 cobots currently in operation. All OB7 cobot models provide seven-axis capabilities and a simple teaching platform that does not require programming. Like a human arm, seven joints give OB7 the flexibility and dexterity to reach around objects or obstacles. Unlike a human arm, each of OB7’s joints can rotate 360 degrees in both directions, allowing the cobot to work in more confined workspaces and areas that a six-axis robot can’t reach.
