Within the product lines is the company’s Varia system, which is a quick-change system with a simplified, single clamping point connection system available for driven, static and special application EWS products. According to the company, the Varia System provides a reduction in setup and change-over time with its single clamping point. The system is designed so the tool head is changed with a 210-degree turn using a standard Allen key. Preset tools can be staged at the machine to further reduce downtime.
Standard static toolholders include OD turning toolholders; facing toolholders; cut-off toolholders; boring bar holders; U-drill holders; Capto tool blocks; and ABS toolholders.
The driven radial and axial tool line includes ER collet holders; Weldon shank holders; Whistle-Notch; Capto; KM; ABS; and Gear Ratio 1:1 or several gear ratios and off-sets.
