The company provides prefabricated materials according to customer specifications, enabling shops to start production without the need for grinding, flattening, sawing or squaring. The stainless-steel blanks enhance efficiency and save time, arriving with tolerances as close as ±0.001" dimensionally and flat, square and parallel within 0.001".
The company performs all processes in house, including Blanchard grinding, double disc grinding, flattening, surface improvement, duplex milling and waterjet cutting and sawing.
