A portable CMM designed to be easier to use than a total station and more affordable than a laser tracker, The Omnitrac laser tracking system is based on manufacturer Automated Precision’s Turbo ADM system. The company says this system offers high speeds and a working range of 120 m.
Built to increase the efficiency of part inspection, fixture building, reverse engineering and other applications, the product requires only one operator for setup, transportation and measurement. With 10-ppm accuracy, the laser station is sealed against particulate matter, allowing it to operate in demanding industrial environments.
