Rosler offers its R-SF line of efficient mini-drag machines for precise, repeatable finishing processes suited to a range of components, from propellers and golf clubs to artificial joints and dental implants. According to the company, the mini-drag machine provides increased grinding power while eliminating impingement between delicate components. The hydraulically powered carousel assemblies enable vertical movement for versatile processing and are equipped with as many as four rotating workstations, each with independent drives. Featuring heavy-duty construction, a protective cabin with Plexiglas doors and industrial-grade motors, the machine features a work bowl lined with wear-resistant polyurethane for long service life. Other features include a PLC-based control, a media unload port for quick media changes, and dosing equipment for accurate management of water and compounds.
