The collet system is equipped for use with 22-, 25- and 33-mm spindles in the company’s Micro Line, including backworking and right-angle models. The collets deliver accuracies of 1 micron TIR at the nose and can accommodate tool diameters ranging to 1/8". Spindle speeds as fast as 90,000 rpm are possible, reducing cycle time and boosting productivity, the company says.
